Replacement Policy

Eligible for Replacement:
– Items that are “defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival“.
– Items shipped with “broken glass bottles“.
Conditions and Exclusions:
– Replacements are only valid when the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or broken due to shipping.
– No replacements will be issued if the USPS tracking status is marked as “Delivered” and any of the following apply:
– Buyer provided “insufficient, incorrect, or missing unit/apartment number”.
– Package is “still on the road” or in transit.
– More than “30 days have passed” since the delivery date.
– The purchase was not made in good faith or is suspected to be a trick to receive free items.
Procedure:
1. Contact our customer service within right away of receiving your order if you believe your item is defective, damaged, or broken.
2. Provide proof of damage or defect (photos may be requested).
3. We will review your claim and determine eligibility for a replacement.

– Replacements are shipped at our discretion.
